When I started on my clean eating journey 2 1/2 years ago I was so overwhelmed with all of the clean eating recipes. There are TONS on Pinterest!

I have tried so many recipes and I wanted to share the ones that I think are the absolute best!

The thing with clean eating is you are feeding your body so many good nutrients that you don’t get when you consume processed junk. There I said it! JUNK!

1. One Pan Chicken Dinner

This looks super simple, and it is! My family loves when I make this, plus it’s so good! I add some pepper and garlic salt to mine.


2.  21 Day Fix Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken

As soon as I seen this one I knew I had to make it! It was so full of flavor and healthy! Cant go wrong!


3. Stuffed Pepper Soup

So easy to make! Making stuffed peppers can be time-consuming, this dish is nice because you can just toss it all together! The whole family loves it!


4. Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

Let the angels sing! This is my absolute FAVORITE meal to cook for our dinner’s. I make it at least 3x a month. I also double up on the sauce because with the rice it never seems like enough.


5. Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

Not really a meal, but I had to include this on my list! Everything I love in one. It was delicious!

A Beachbody recipe! I LOVED this one! I went and bought “FIXATE” by Autumn, one of the awesome trainers they have and this was included in the book. I was apprehensive when trying it but it was really good!


7. Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

Delicious and filling! These were a great snack for after my workouts or when I felt I needed an energy boost.


8. Blueberry French Toast Casserole

This had my name written all over it! It was seriously the best! I end up making it about 2x a month and it will last us about 2 days (if i dont end up snacking on it throughout the day oops!)

I love some overnight oats! These were no exception, heart healthy oats are wonderful! I love oatmeal and this is just enough sweetness where I dont feel I need to add any sugar to it.

11. Peanut Butter Cookie Oatmeal

As you may know I love oatmeal and overnight oats are awesome! I love having them ready in the morning when I don’t have much time to prepare anything.

Such a great smoothie recipe! I tend to make quite a few smoothies, especially with my protein powder, this one was added to my favorite’s list from the very begining!

I tried buffalo chicken dip a few years ago and got hooked. Im so glad that there are some healthy buffalo chicken recipes out there! These are wonderful, I love cauliflower and its great with this sauce!

I really love I found this recipe and that Beachbody posted it! Im a chip and junk food lover and these were pretty dang good! They are so much more healthier for you and you can make your own salsa to go with it!

This was my first parfait I ever tried, I LOVED IT! I never have any issue getting my fruits in daily, but for anyone who does this would be a great option!
