It’s “Clean Eating Thursday” on The Rural Nest! I decided to do this series because Thursday’s are the days I usually do my meal planning for the upcoming week.

Eating clean, we all know how good it is for us right? Eating clean makes you have more energy, fuels our bodies with some great nutrition without any junk. I love eating clean, I love how it makes me feel and I love spreading what I do know about it among others. I especially LOVE when I can find some awesome eating clean recipes that actually taste good!
